Q. How do I use emeal online?

Fill out the delivery form and click on the "Fetch my order" button. We will receive your delivery instructions instantly. Once your order is received we will confirm your order with you

Where is my food?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time between 30-45 minutes depending on the restaurant you select. If the time has passed we will track your order through our driver for an exact location and time.

How fast do you deliver?

Dashingly fast! We once did a delivery in 18 minutes. On busy nights, though, kitchen capacity may be tight and traffic can be lousy. Still, in these conditions, we try to deliver in under 45 minutes.

If, for any reason, your delivery takes longer than an hour, we will waive your delivery fee. Regardless of the situation, we will always notify you your order status. You can also see your order status by visiting 'My Account' and clicking on 'Order History'.

How do I pay?

You pay online through our ordering system. We only accept credit or debit cards. This is done to ensure your delivery experience goes smoothly.

We take your personal information very seriously. Your data is always securely encrypted to ensure maximum protection and never shared.
